Mika Heilmann is an internationally recognised transformational coach, writer and teacher – known for her authentic being and remarkable results with true transformation.
Mika Heilmann (born in Copenhagen 1970) started her career as an actress at a very young age. Having done theatre, TV, movies, speaks and radio theatre she found herself limited in life at the age of 27.
Determined to become a master at creating both inner and outer success in life she went on a journey that included many trainings in both Denmark and USA and learned from the best mentors in their field for a decade, which included the emotional work of Larurel B. Krosness, a life & business coach training in Denmark, a two year study to become an integrative Coach Professional, JFK University; an NLP Master Practitioner training and studied consciousness through workshops and conversations with some of the worlds leading authorities in their field.
Today Mika is the CEO of her own company CREATE YOU. She is a recognized coach, teacher and lecturer – known for combining emotional, spiritual and powerful effective coaching tools as a foundation for powerful transformation whether for individuals or groups.
She is a heartcentered pioneer in the field of personal transformation and a firm believer that happiness lies in being true to one self and believes the biggest task for people is the return to their authentic powerful being.
Mika has her own column in a Danish Magazine called Liv & Sjæl and is a passionate writer of many interesting articles for Magazines in Denmark.
